Rowland was on hand at the Corporate Governance Awards ceremony on November 9 in New York, along withStefanie Westphal ThompsonandAmanda Westphal Radcliffe, both Vertex co-owners and directors on the board. They were joined by governance, risk and compliance industry professionals to celebrate the best of the best. Judged by an esteemed panel of governance and compliance experts, the CGA recognized teams and individuals for excellence in their industry.
