Vertex Congratulates Alex Smith, Winner of the Main Line Chamber of Commerce's 2014 Chairman's Award

The annual award recognizes a member of the Chamber who has demonstrated outstanding service to both the organization and to the community. The Chairman’s Award is given as part of the Main Line Chamber of Commerce’s annual Red Carpet Dinner Event.

Alex Smith has been with Vertex for more than 20 years and has been a Board Member of the Main Line Chamber since 2012. As a member of the executive leadership team at Vertex since 2000, Alex contributed to the development of the corporate business direction and decision making related to enterprise business strategies, plans, processes, and policies. Prior to joining Vertex, Alex was an award-winning journalist and public relations professional.
