Customer Satisfaction + Marketing Presence = Leading Scores for Vertex Solutions

Your input has helped place two Vertex offerings – Vertex Cloud and Vertex O Series – in the “Leader Quadrant” of G2 Crowd’s latest multidimensional sales tax compliance software ratings. B2B software rating firm G2 Crowd combines unfiltered reviews from users with its own analysis of market presence (a determination based on market share, vendor size and social impact) to rank tax technology vendors into four categories: leaders, high performers, contenders and niche.

To qualify for the sales tax compliance software category, solutions must:

  • Track sales tax rates and rules for all jurisdictions relevant to a user’s products or services
  • Track and apply sales tax exemptions for the appropriate times, products, transactions or accounts
  • Automatically update rates and rules in response to policy revisions or new legislation
  • Integrate with accounting and transaction tools so correct rates are communicated, stored and applied where necessary

As is increasingly the case with more business processes, transactions and compliance requirements, G2 Crowd’s customer satisfaction ratings occur in real-time, as additional software users provide input about their experiences.
