A known tax tech innovator, Jacqui leverages AI to transform complex direct and indirect tax processes into highly efficient, automated workflows. With a background spanning PwC and eBay, this finance leader bridges the gap between regulatory mandates and enterprise data. Passionate about digital transformation, Jacqui specializes in creating real-time, AI-powered intelligence that empowers the Office of the CFO to operate with strategic agility.  

Terry Puglisi is the Director of Global Indirect Tax & Transfer Pricing for Grace. He has held several different positions in his 20 years with Grace including International Controller; Director, C&C & Cash Mgt.; Director, SEC Reporting; and Finance Manager, Property Accounting. He leverages his prior roles to streamline processes bringing together stakeholders from multiple disciplines to compile, analyze, and review the necessary data to ensure compliance. He has also helped to build out several teams in Grace’s global business services center in Manila, Philippines. Terry is a CPA and holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Loyola University in Maryland.
