Vertex Inc. Names David DeStefano Chief Executive Officer

Vertex, Inc., the leading provider of corporate enterprise tax solutions, announced the appointment of David DeStefano to Chief Executive Officer, effective today. This completes the company’s leadership transition plan announced October 2015, in which DeStefano succeeds Jeff Westphal as president and CEO of Vertex. Westphal will remain in his position of chairperson of the board of directors for the company, which he co-owns with Amanda Westphal Radcliffe and Stefanie Westphal Thompson.
