Vertex Chief Tax Officer Bill Brennan BEPS/CbCR Article Featured in Latest Issue of The Tax Adviser

Vertex Inc., today announced that the latest issue of The Tax Adviser features Chief Tax Officer, Bill Brennan's article on the implications of  country-by-country reporting (CbCR). 

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development recently released its final version of a recommended reporting template and guidance for implementation of CbCR under Action 13 as part of its Action Plan on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS). 

Planning for and complying with BEPS CbCR reporting and dealing with additional audit activity will place new, significant resource demands on multinational corporations.

Brennan writes about why CbCR is one of the most critical elements of BEPS and outlines the impact on corporate tax in the June issue of AICPA's The Tax Adviser.
