Vertex buys edge computing technology startup, Tellutax

Tellutax, a Portland-based edge computing technology startup, was acquired by Vertex. Eric Rudd, Tellutax CEO, was a former managing director at Thomson Reuters. 

Tellutax designs edge-based technology utilizing a container architecture, enabling customers to deliver tax solutions seamlessly at the point of need with increased scalability and simplified management.
