Vertex Launches Global Transaction Tax Determination for Oracle ERP Users

As a member of Oracle’s PartnerNetwork, Vertex recently introduced the Indirect Tax Accelerator for Oracle’s Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Hosted on and powered by Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure, this new solution will help support advanced tax management by helping businesses make acquisitions, introduce new products, and expand globally. 

The Vertex Accelerator will also provide more granular transaction data, to ensure businesses make more accurate tax decisions, including calculating U.S. sales and use tax and value-added tax (VAT). In addition, ERP customers will now be provided high availability and load balancing to help manage today’s demanding enterprise workloads, as well as scalability to support global expansion.

The partnership between Vertex and Oracle—and the interoperability between each company's solutions—means customers can have confidence that the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure SLA supports the partner’s application and ensures all customers have full control over their cloud infrastructure services. This solution is now available in the Oracle Cloud Marketplace and qualified customers can search for available applications and services to find the best solutions for their organization.
