Vertex is proud to announce Chief Tax Officer, Michael Bernard, has been named one of Accounting Today’s 2020 Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting. 

Many of the 2020 Top 100 Most Influential People were predicting disruption in the accounting profession – particularly around technology, diversity and business models – long before the events of 2020 accelerated the upheaval.

Now that change has come, amid the coronavirus pandemic, the calls for racial justice, and the other major shifts of the last year, the leaders on this year’s top 100 list have become even more essential visionaries in their areas of expertise within the profession.
