Vertex acquires Oregon-based edge computing startup

King of Prussia-based software tax technology company, Vertex, recently acquired the Portland-based startup Tellutax. The edge technology computing company brings computation and data storage closer to the location where it’s needed. The process improves response times and saves bandwidth.
