We partner with leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) and e-commerce platforms to make indirect tax as seamless and accurate as possible—right where businesses already manage their operations. Together, we’ve hit some pretty exciting milestones:

  • SAP (25+ years): Our solutions meet the highest standards of the SAP Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC). Most recently, we launched Vertex Accelerator+ for SAP ERP, a unified global platform that simplifies tax across the enterprise.
  • Oracle (30+ years): We’re proud to have been selected as Oracle’s primary vendor to test tax integrations and to support Oracle’s own global tax operations. Last year, we were recognised for Oracle’s Best in Class and North American partner awards for innovation.
  • NetSuite (10+ years): A committed member of the SuiteCloud Developer Network, we collaborate with Netsuite to ensure that our solutions are built under NetSuite developer guidelines.
  • Microsoft (10+ years): We were the first tax technology provider to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Tax Calculation Service, enabling powerful, modern tax experiences within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Salesforce (5+ years): Our work with Salesforce includes the recent launch of Vertex for Salesforce Revenue Cloud, which enables companies to manage commercial compliance seamlessly alongside revenue operations. We’re also proud to support Salesforce’s 1% pledge, integrating philanthropy into our partnership model.
  • Workday: A Workday Innovations Connect Gold Partner, we are collaborating with Workday to develop and deploy a customer-centric, “Partner First” strategy and program.
  • Shopify: We were the first global tax technology partner to join the Shopify Tax Partner Platform. Our partnership streamlines tax compliance for global enterprise merchants across both B2B and B2C sales.

Beyond technology partners, we work closely with the world’s most respected accounting and consulting firms—including KPMG, EY, PwC, DMA, and Ryan LLC. These firms trust Vertex to support their clients with advanced tax solutions. Our relationship with Ryan LLC even led to a strategic acquisition—which allows us to further advance the value of AI for tax teams.

Finally, system integrators (SIs)—such as Avanade, Argano, LTI Mindtree, and Peloton—also play a critical role in our ecosystem. These partners recommend our solutions and integrate them into their customers’ respective tech stacks for maximum efficiency.
