Vertex Collects Two Readers’ Choice Awards

Readers of the CPA Practice Advisor have spoken, and they like Vertex. In fact, they like our solutions – emphasis on that second “s” in “solutions” – a lot.

I’m happy to report that two Vertex offerings earned top honors in CPA Practice Advisor’s 2018 Readers’ Choice Awards. Vertex Indirect Tax O Series and Vertex Exemption Certificate Manager won first place in the award program’s Sales & Use Tax and Sales & Use Tax Exemption Certificate Management categories, respectively. More than 5,000 subscribers voted in an awards program organized by CPA Practice Advisor, a media outlet for public accountants and tax professionals.

In the Sales & Use Tax category, twice as many readers selected Vertex O Series compared to the software solution that finished in second place; and more than three times as many readers voted for Vertex Exemption Certificate Manager compared to the offering that placed second in that category.

Those results once again leave us at Vertex feeling “proud and humbled,” to borrow a phrase used by my colleague John Wilson, our director of client relations, who recently reported on the praise that Vertex Cloud and Vertex O Series earned from software users.
