A component that displays one or many Pinned Resource cards and allows users to navigate through the set of cards via carousel controls.
Guidelines
Below desktop size, dot navigation is rendered.
At desktop size and above, previous and next arrow navigation is rendered.
Dot and arrow navigation only appear when more than one slide exists.
Usage
The Pinned Resources Carousel can appear on the Resources Listing page.
