Vertex Named Finalist for Corporate Secretary’s Corporate Governance Award

Rowland was on hand at the Corporate Governance Awards ceremony on November 9 in New York, along with Stefanie Westphal Thompson and Amanda Westphal Radcliffe, both Vertex co-owners and directors on the board. They were joined by governance, risk and compliance industry professionals to celebrate the best of the best. Judged by an esteemed panel of governance and compliance experts, the CGA recognized teams and individuals for excellence in their industry.

Corporate Secretary, a digital and print platform, helps corporate secretaries and other governance professionals gain educational insights, networking opportunities and best practice recommendations on a wide range of critical issues.
