Fees
Course fees include tuition; training materials; and continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments on each day. Travel, hotel, and dinner expenses are the responsibility of each participant.
Hotel
Hotel rooms are not included in the course, however, hotel information will be forwarded with your registration confirmation. General information is available on discounted hotels near our training facilities.

Class Times
Class begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. For class completion time, refer to the chart below and check the specific class that you will be attending. Please make return reservations after the class completion time.

Parking
Most training centers have on-site or nearby parking facilities. Some locations have paid parking only. Please contact the training center you are scheduled to attend to inquire about parking information.
Continental Breakfast
A continental breakfast is available from 8:00 - 8:30 a.m. prior to class and is available for the midmorning break.
Lunch
Lunch is included in the course fee and is a group function.
Breaks
Breaks of approximately 15 minutes are scheduled at approximately 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. each day. Beverages and light snacks are provided.
Photography and Recording
Recording, video taping, and photography are strictly prohibited during any vertex course.
Phone Calls/Messages
We suggest you use your hotel switchboard for messages if you are staying at a hotel. Messages will be posted outside the classroom.
Portable Computers
Please leave your laptop and portable computers in a secure place.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the classroom.
Arrival Time
The training center opens at 8:00 a.m.
Attire
Feel free to dress casually. Since it is sometimes difficult to adjust the temperature in the classroom to everyone's liking, we suggest you dress in "layers."
Special Needs
All of our training centers are handicap accessible. We try our best to accommodate any special needs that you may have. Please notify us in advance so we can make any necessary arrangements.
Payments
For your convenience a credit card form is included with the registration confirmation or you may elect to pay course fees through your normal accounts payable process. We apologize but our instructors can not accept payment during the scheduled class time. Questions regarding your training class payment or invoice can be directed to Vertex Training Registration at 1.877.455.2645.
Course Materials
We provide training guides for the class. There is no need to bring any product documentation to the class.
CPE Credits
In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, CPE credits have been granted based on a 50-minute hour.
Group Live (Instructor Led)
- Two-day class receives 12 CPE Credits
- One-day class receives 6 CPE Credits
- Three-day class receives 18 CPE Credits
