• Explain the dependency of tax certificate creation upon basic tax data setup
• Use My Enterprise menus to create, maintain, and manage tax data setup and tax certificates
• Use System menus to understand and execute Data Management functionality
• Use Reporting menus to generate and interpret data extracts
• Set up and maintain System roles, users, permissions, and login information
• Understand and execute user interface administration activities

Requirements

You must be an employee of an active Vertex customer or Vertex partner company and have:

• Experience using an Internet browser
• Basic understanding of sales and use tax concepts
