Requirements: You must be an employee of an active Vertex customer or Vertex partner company.

Note: Vertex Reporting and Analysis 3.0 is currently not available to Vertex Sales Tax L and Q Series customers.

It is recommended that you have:

PC experience
Working knowledge of Windows-based products
Basic understanding of sales and use tax concepts
Experience running and interpreting the Vertex Sales Tax O Series standard reports

Learning Environment: The Vertex Web Classroom Series uses a combination of Internet and telecommunication technologies to simulate a traditional classroom environment. Attendees participate in the hands-on, interactive sessions from their desktops. Instructors deliver advanced product knowledge with visual displays, live application demonstrations, and interactive question-and-answer sessions.
