Sales, Use and International Tax Activity Update - August 2010
One-Time Renewal Fee for Transaction Privilege in Arizona
Recent statutory changes require a one-time transaction privilege tax license renewal fee of $40 for all licensees who hold a valid license issued before July 1, 2009.
Licensees subject to this one-time fee will receive an invoice in the mail and should not attempt to pay the fee until is received. Fees will be due within 14 days of the invoice date. Unpaid renewal fees will result in the cancellation of the license, and could result in penalty, interest, and possible collection action.
