Grant Thornton LLP's State Tax Compliance Solutions Practice was created to help organizations automate or enhance their sales, use and property tax compliance responsibilities. Our systems implementation services allow tax professionals to reallocate their time to areas that are more valuable to their company's bottom line. Our services also help reduce your company's risk of audit assessments by designing a system that accurately reports its liabilities. Our experienced professionals can properly install and interface Vertex with most popular accounting software packages. As certified Vertex specialists, they can also set-up the software for your particular compliance needs. For sales tax, our services include determining how your company's sales and purchases should be taxed. In addition, after the right taxing decisions have been made, we will configure your Vertex system, through the Vertex Taxability Manager, to execute those sales and use tax decisions. Once the system is installed and configured, we will test the output and troubleshoot any problems you may encounter using your system during live operations.
