Terrence Kyle

Terry Kyle joined the Vertex Board of Directors in June 2004 and is currently a partner with WIN Capital, LLC, a private equity group that invests in emerging growth companies from the manufacturing, technology and service markets.
Terry, former Senior Vice President and CFO of Shared Medical Systems (SMS), helped to take his company public in 1976 and was responsible for moving the stock from the NASDAQ Stock Market to the New York Stock Exchange in 1997. He also led the team which negotiated the sale of SMS to the Siemens Corporation in July 2000.
During his 24-year career at SMS, the Company grew from $35 million in revenue and over 650 employees in the United States, to $1.2 billion in revenue and over 7,500 employees in 22 countries.
Terry received his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Drexel University and is a certified public accountant. He began his career with Arthur Andersen & Company and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
