Keynote Guest Speaker Rich Teerlink
Rich Teerlink knows the importance of listening to customers and acting on that invaluable input. As the former CEO of Harley-Davidson, Rich was responsible for bringing the company back to its iconic status in the face of increased pressure from foreign competitors during the 1980s, which he chronicled in his best-selling book "More Than a Motorcycle: The Leadership Journey at Harley-Davidson."
Today, Rich serves as a member of the Vertex Board of Directors. He will entertain and enlighten attendees about the future direction of Vertex based on where customers said they need our help most.
