SUNDAY NIGHT WELCOME RECEPTION
For those who arrive at the Royal Pacific Resort on Sunday, please join us in the Convention Center for a welcome reception - dinner, drinks and delicious desserts!
Meet the Vertex staff, fellow conference participants, and our partners, as you relax in a casual atmosphere and enjoy your first night at the conference and kick off Exchange 2007!

MEALTIME NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
Each meal at Exchange will be structured to help you connect with peers and Vertex employees to exchange knowledge and stories. Over 65 tables will be designated by one of the following topics: Vertex products , ERP vendor, and Industry or Geographical location.
Of course tables with no theme will also be available those who just want to enjoy a quiet meal.
You can sign up for these specific networking tables on the registration form. Every year we have requests to keep providing this opportunity, so "bon appetite!"

Tonight, the park is reserved for Vertex Exchange attendees only!

First, we'll enjoy a wonderful dinner, drinks, and awesome music. Then enjoy The Incredible Hulk Coaster, The Amazing Adventure of Spider-Man, and if you dare... the Doctor Doom Fearfall. There will be no crowds, just your fellow conference attendees and their guests! You'll also enjoy FREE gaming at the Kingpin arcade!

The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man®
During your tour of the Daily Bugle you learn that the Sinister Syndicate have used their anti-gravity gun to steal the Statue of Liberty. It's up to you to join forces with Spider-Man(tm) to retrieve the national monument. This one-of-a-kind, high-tech combination of special effects, motion simulator ride and 3-D film includes a heart-pounding simulated 400-foot drop over the city.
Doctor Doom's Fearfall®
Doctor DoomTM has created a diabolical device designed to literally suck the fear out of you so he can use that power against the Fantastic FourTM. With feet dangling, 16 passengers per tower are sent skyrocketing to a height of 150 feet and then thrown back to the ground at a speed faster than gravity itself. With a drop this fast and steep, there is not even a chance to scream!

TUESDAY AFTERNOON NETWORKING ACTIVITIES
SkyVenture
SkyVenture of Orlando is a state-of-the art vertical wind tunnel with five fans on the top that draw the air through the flight chamber at 150 mph which replicates the skydiving experience without the fear of the jump!
Enjoy the sensation of free falling during skydiving without needing a parachute! You'll get instruction, and a personalized flight certificate stating that you have flown in 150 mph winds.

(Must weigh less than 250 lbs, not have any shoulder dislocations or back problems. Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes)
Truffles & Trifles Cooking Class
Marci Arthur, chef and owner of Truffles and Trifles, Inc., has made it her goal to teach you that “cooking is not a chore, but can be a joyful, creative and relaxing experience that keeps on giving.” She has been featured on local and national TV and is a feature writer for many publications.
Recently voted one of the top five cooking schools in the nation by The Food Network, you’re sure to leave this fun networking activity a more successful chef. You will enjoy a tasty meal during this class.

Winter Park Wine Tasting and Tour
Now, this is a treat for men and women alike. Enjoy a scenic boat tour that cruises through three of Winter Parks' lakes, Rollins College, Kraft Azalea Gardens, Isle of Sicily, tropical birds, plants, flowers and magnificent mansions.
Afterwards, enjoy French cuisine at Chez Vincent in Hannibal Square, one of "the" places to dine in Winter Park and winner of many awards. Then, it gets even better! Visit The Wine Room on Park Avenue for an evening of wine tasting.

Airboats and Alligators, Oh My!
We'll travel west to a 100-year old turn of the century fish camp. Here we will board airboats to explore both the American Heritage River and the St. John. Each airboat has a flat bottom and large driving propeller at the stern enabling the airboats to skim the surface of the shallow waters and traverse this fascinating "Sea of Grass."
Your 30-minute expedition has its own guide and Coast Guard licensed boat captain who will take you deep into the fresh water swamp habitat of the Florida Alligator and a wonderful assortment of creatures that call the "glades" home.
This is an easy adventure without dirt or danger. Afterwards, guests will enjoy a 30-minute wildlife show with sampling of alligator tail and cold beverage. The ambiance of the fish camp, the amazing animals and the natural beauty of Florida will make this outing memorable.
