Vertex Tax Software Assistance During Critical Business Situations
The Vertex 24x7 Fee-Based Support Service provides support during non-standard support hours. (Normal support hours are from 8:15 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.)
This service gives you access to certified Vertex technical product support analysts to diagnose critical* work stoppage situations due to a Vertex component.
24x7 Emergency Support is now available for Vertex O Series, Q Series, Returns, and Income Tax solutions. If you require assistance with other solutions, please contact contact Vertex Product Support during normal business hours.
* “Critical” is defined as system down situations or failure of a critical Vertex component. The 24x7 Support Service does not include access to Vertex Product Development resources. All on-duty analysts are trained and certified in Vertex corporate tax products with at least two years of Vertex application support experience.
