The Customer Café™ is the online gathering place for Vertex customers. At the Café you'll find all the tools, support and information you need to make the most of your Vertex products. Register now!

The Café's menu includes:

  • The Knowledge Center, a robust, comprehensive source of knowledge about Vertex products. Built from actual customer inquiries and resolutions, chances are your issue can be resolved with one quick search through the Knowledge Center. Whether its instructions on how to migrate a database or understanding the difference between a rate update and a rate install, the answers are in the Knowledge Center.
  • The ability to submit an Online Support Inquiry whenever you choose. You don't have to wait for our operating hours to let us know what you need. Just fill out the support inquiry form whenever you like, submit it, and a support representative will get back to you within two business hours during our normal operating times.
  • The Customer Café includes fully-indexed Product Documentation for all Vertex software products - a speedy and efficient way to get at the detail you need. You never have to search for your hard-copy documentation again!
  • Learn about and Register for Training from the Customer Café. Vertex's product training helps you to make the most of your Vertex investment. You can attend a class in one of our convenient locations, arrange for on-site training at your facility, or sign up for one of our webcasts!
  • If you have registered to Download your Monthly Rate Updates from the Vertex web site, they can be accessed right from the Customer Café.
