New Iowa Website Can Save Time and Money

In addition to the sales tax changes that took affect on July 1, 2004, The Iowa Department of Revenue is making more changes. They recently announced the introduction of their new redesigned website.

In conjunction with the new and improved look of the site, the DOR is scheduled to add electronic filing features for business tax returns. Within the next several months, the website will include filing features for the following tax types:

• Motor fuel Tax
• Sales and Use Tax
• Withholding Tax

The Iowa Department of Revenue is looking forward to businesses, groups and individuals using these future changes along with their current e-list services.
