Illinois Repeals Trucking Fee Hikes

HB 412 passed by the Illinois House of Representatives repealed the new commercial distribution fee on trucks imposed last year and restored the Rolling Stock Sales Tax Exemption for the state’s trucking companies. In addition, this bill authorizes a limited refund of all fees already paid.
