The results of the program are based solely on information provided from in-depth surveys completed by hundreds of employees at each nominated company. Vertex employees gave the company’s policies high rankings for working conditions, pay and benefits, and direction of the organization. These summary results also provide an additional tool in the ongoing assessment and implementation of policies and benefit programs currently offered at Vertex.
