The Firm was founded in 2001 by three executive management level partners in the world's largest professional services firm wishing to return to the time when they focused more on the issues and needs of their clients than on the administrative tasks associated with a large organization.
They believed they could assemble a team to deliver better service to their clients at a lower cost by staffing a smaller firm with experienced people, and removing all of the bureaucracy.
