Steve is Vice President, Product Support and leads the Product Support Entity, which includes the customer support, documentation, and training functions.
Steve joined Vertex in 1999 and leads resources in product support, customer support, information development, and information delivery.
In addition to consistently providing these core operational support functions, Product Support is also responsible for ensuring customer retention and long term loyalty. Members of the entity achieve this by focusing closely on customer satisfaction and measuring the ability to meet customers' expectations of the Vertex value proposition.
Steve holds a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
