Amanda Westphal Radcliffe

Board Member

Amanda Radcliffe, co-owner of Vertex, joined Vertex the company in 1993 and serves on the Vertex Board of Directors. Prior to joining Vertex, she was General Marketing Manager for Rosenbluth International and was recognized by Philadelphia Business Magazine as one of the young business women to watch in Philadelphia.

After leaving Rosenbluth, Amanda served as a technical trainer in the Vertex Training Department, teaching clients implementation, installation and use of Vertex software products. Along with her Vertex Board responsibilities, she became owner and President of Antoinette, the Day Spa & Salon in Paoli, PA. The spa was routinely selected by national and local media as one of the premier day spa destinations in the country. In 2002, Amanda successfully transitioned the business to a national spa management corporation.

In 2004, Amanda joined the Board of Breastcancer.org, a leading web-based source of information on breast cancer. She served as Chairman of the Board from 2006 through 2011 and helped the organization achieve its mission of being the leading resource offor medical information and a sense of community for breast cancer patients and their families worldwide.

Amanda serves on the Drexel University Design Council, which promotes the support of one of the country's leading arts colleges, the Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts and Design at Drexel University. And She also serves on the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Advisory Council for the Center of Fetal Diagnosis and Treatment, and the St. Joes University Kinney Center for Autism Advisory Board.

Amanda lives in Malvern with her husband Conrad and their three children: Antoinette, Kailey, and Callum.
