Audience
This two-day Vertex course is designed for tax professionals and consultants who will be working with the R/3 project configuration team in order to fully utilize Vertex Sales Tax Q Series. This course addresses specific aspects of the software with emphasis on how to customize the system using the Tax Decision Maker (TDM) for customer, product, and/or jurisdiction exceptions.
