Nebraska Prescribes Prescription Tax Advice for Doctors

The Nebraska Department of Revenue has updated an Information Guide on the application of sales and use tax to sales by and to physicians.

The guide clarifies that compounds or solutions that become an ingredient of a prescribed drug and will be sold by the physician may be purchased exempt from tax.
