Nebraska is Making a List (and hoping you check it twice) for Construction Contractor Purchases

The Nebraska Department of Revenue has released a sales and use tax checklist for construction contractors. The checklist describes the tax status of purchases by contractors of certain services and tangible personal property. The checklist further describes the forms and the processes by which option 1, option 2, and option 3 contractors’ pay or collect sales tax on building materials and fixtures.
